The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: within 24-48 hours
Normal Shipping time: 3-7 working days

Tax fee: No tax fee whole store

Our office time is 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.(GMT+8) from Monday to Friday ( excluded holidays and weekends ).

 

TRACKING ORDERS
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address or cell phone indicated in your shipping order.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGES
The Soontrans ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come directly from our manufacturer so customers will receive their chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that
has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us at services@soontrans.co and we will certainly be able to address your concerns.
