30 DAYS RETURN GUARANTEE
Returned products MUST include all accessories, and they must be sent in its original packaging. Otherwise, the product will not be returned for a refund. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or missing parts, we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case, depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing.
* Returns must include all accessories
* Items must include original packaging
* For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.(We will charge a return fee depending on the model of the item)
* For non-quality related warranty claims, we refund the cost of the product itself.(Free shipping items will be charged 20% of it's price.The specific fee includes shipping fee, re-stocking, racking, operating.)
* Returns not made on request will take additional time to process, and we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
* Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements or without contacting official customer service
Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:
* Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect. (i.e. if you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the product for some other reason)
* Buyer’s accidental returns
* Returning items claimed to have defects but found by our quality control to be in working condition or seems to be damaged on purpose
* Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
And it is your responsibility that the package arrives safely to us, so we recommend that you use a courier service where it is possible to track the shipment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
- Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
- Washed, worn, used or misused items.
- Clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned for exchange and refund.
If you still want to return when it exceeds 30 days, the return shipping fees should be at buyer's responsibility, and we'll charge 50% or more for the usage or we may provide the replacement of the spare part instead within the warranty period.
HOW RETURN WORK
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1.Please contact our service email (services@soontrans.co) first and provide us with your order information:
- Order Number
- Product Name
- Your Name
- Your Email
- Reason for Return
2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
3.Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we process your returned items in the warehouse, a refund will be initiated immediately.
* Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to high proccessing volume in the warehouse.
1.If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
2.If you paid by PayPal, Klarna or other online payment providers, refunds will be sent to the PayPal, Klarna or the online payment method you chose within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the online payment providers with questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
